See page 292-294. Moratorium on enforcing any regulation/law on “artificial intelligence systems or models” for a period of 10 years after this bill is enacted.

Not sure why someone flagged this as well. AI regulations are absolutely on topic for a site that calls itself "Hacker News". After all, titans of the tech industry are influencing and literally directing large amounts of the government- Curtis Yarvin, Elon Musk, ...
