the way I see this, is that lawyers are struggling to generate the volumes of paper work that there industry depends upon to legitimise there very existance, and dont have proofreading capacity. the risks for clients is very large here, and then allowing the lawyers to sue each other over shodfy AI, is going to take the whole mess down a road where clients get trapped in endless self referential law suits, where any real issues snd grievences are litteraly forgotten. $31k, bieng the new filling fee.
