It’s interesting that someone can be so curious about what’s in the ⋮ menu but so incurious about the icons at the top. The report spam button is right there, easily accessible at all times. No need to “enter the forbidden lair of ⋮.”

But it does say "report spam", does it? It is a mysterious circle with a vertical line. Most people aren't clicking on random icons in the hope they do something.
