The symptoms she reported are signs of low testosterone but I don't think testosterone will scale everything linearly like she thinks it does. I started feminizing HRT 6 years ago and I haven't noticed any sort of cognitive decline or lack of energy but I also keep my testosterone levels at the average range for women.
