Worst part about this is that the super-imposed letters on the photo weren't meant to trick people into thinking they were actual tattoos. Now we are going to have dozens of yes men come out and claim they are.
Exhibit A: When he sleep tweeted "Covfefe". We had all kinds of people pretending like it meant something even though he rolled over his phone in bed. The fact that this guy can't just say "my bad, I was wrong" is wild.

This headline is one of the worst and is exactly the type of thing someone who thinks about manufacturing consent would write.
It fails to make a judgement which implicitly agrees with his frame. By not contradicting someone who is objectively wrong, you end up supporting them.
If they weren't digitally added, you would expect him to not concede, so this is reporting his stance is consistent with his beliefs, which ultimately empowers his position.

Donald Trump is not right in the head. That’s not intended to be an excuse but the man legitimately seems to have trouble maintaining a train of thought, seems to change his mind day to day (I think he just forgets).
He claims they’re negotiating with China on tarrifs, but nobody but Trump will say it is happening. Even his own staff won’t confirm they are negotiating despite Trumps claim.
He can’t even describe / understand a photo accurately.
The president is not right in the head and appears to be surrounded by yes men and women…. that’s bad.
