JavaScript can fix ChatGPT 'Thank You' problem

Let's agree that JavaScript can fix this problem, and you don't have to be a genius or older than 12 years old to come up with it. They use it because "it's worth the price." (NYTimes)

While Sam Altman has been tipsy and engagement farming for a while, let's focus on the stuff we can change. JavaScript can fix many issues, but it won't cover even 80%. For that reason, ideally, we would have some basic mini model embedded into a chromium based browser that has API open for users and websites (such as other ChatGPT) to use. Why hasn't this been done already?
