Netflix will show generative AI ads midway through streams in 2026

I hope they put ads every where so that I'd never make a subscription.

Are these "ads" present even if you are a paying subscriber? I'm not and never have subscribed to Netflix. I have dropped subscriptions when more ads have shown up, or I get dinged for using an ad blocker, or the subscribed-to-entity is unresponsive about abusive ads.
