Show HN: Quantus – Break into Finance, from 0 –> LBO

Hi everyone,

After 9 months of work, I’m excited to share a major update to Quantus Finance, a platform for learning and practicing financial modeling. Traditional training often involves downloading Excel files, reading long PDFs, or watching videos that rarely match the Excel file. It hasn’t changed in 20 years.

I built Quantus to make practicing financial modeling easier. It has an Excel-like interface where users can solve problems directly in the browser — from beginner to advanced — with hints, formula explanations, and instant cell-by-cell feedback (think LeetCode for financial modeling).

The platform now includes 20 practices, covering 3-statement models, DCF, LBO, and M&A. I’ve also added keyboard navigation and sensitivity analysis.

Quantus is designed for career switchers and professionals who want to prep for interviews, build projects, or sharpen skills for work.
