Show HN: Probably the simplest Reddit-style site you'll ever use

i built nooki because most community platforms today feel noisy, bloated, and optimized for ad revenue instead of people. reddit’s recent changes pushed me to create something simpler.
current features:
- no ads, no tracking
- text-only posts (no images/media yet unless heavily requested)
- no algorithms. posts in plain chronological order (with hot/new/top sorting)
- communities you can create and moderate yourself (mods can only control their own communities)
- voting + threaded comments
- points system that gives active users a stronger voice
- customizable notifications (decide exactly what you want to be pinged for)
it’s still barebones, but functional. the goal is to keep it simple: a space for conversations without all the noise. i’m soft-launching this today and would love some feedback on what to improve or add next.
i’m working on making nooki open source too as transparency and community involvement are the goal.
