"The UK has become a country that is [...] far too accommodating to the demands of violent, entitled, abusive men" says man after expressing a supposed entitlement to punch people in the genitals on suspicion of crimes against gender. Pot meet kettle?
Emphasis on "suspicion" because this paranoid gender policing inevitably ends up putting all women in the crosshairs:
I can't imagine hating on someone who just wants to use the toilet rather than the person shouting at them and threatening them. What a disgusting human being. They need to look in the mirror a bit more.
EDIT: Ooh downvotes for condemning a lack of empathy. If you disagree, feel free to reply and explain why.

I agree with you, but TFA is about the State enforcing speech laws, not how mean or otherwise it is for this person to advocate for the denial of trans participation in gendered spaces.

I don’t disagree with you. Still it is good to be thankful for our first amendment.

Assuming by 'our' you mean the US.
The UK scores higher in 3rd-party metrics on Freedom of Speech:
I'm no first amendment scholar, but even under that extremely broad protection I don't think you're allowed to overtly incite vigilante violence.

None of the tweets meet the “imminent lawless action” standard and so they are all completely legal in the US.
Unfortunately, journalists and social media experts have been attempting to water down 1A rights by declaring basically everything incitement and equating words with violence, but a very strong legal standard is still in place.
In the US, it is perfectly legal to make social media posts like “all x should be killed.” Laws against promoting violence are specifically unconstitutional and have been struck down.
