I created an app to track my expenses, managed to save 50% of my income

I’ll keep it short. Two years ago, I started making decent money on YouTube. I thought, great, now I’ll be able to save quickly for a house. But the problem I didn’t expect was that I was spending almost everything. I realized that when you start earning more, you also start spending more.

At first, I made an Excel sheet to track my expenses, but I gave up because it was too uncomfortable to use.

So I thought, what if I build an app for myself to keep track of my spending? In just one week, I built a website, and I’ve been using it for almost three months now. In the last two months, I managed to save 50% of what I earn mainly because I realized how much money I was wasting on nonsense.
