We’ve been running multiple voice AI agents on LiveKit and kept running into visibility issues — no way to measure TTFT, latency across STT → LLM → TTS, or even cost per call. Debugging was a pain.

So we built Whispey — open-source observability for LiveKit voice agents. It tracks: • Cost analytics • Latency breakdowns • Agent performance metrics • Campaign tracking • Recordings + transcripts
