I've worked with a company that has AI plastered all over their site and emails. I get it, they feel the pressure to say they're in the game.
I'm pretty sure very little has changed. They just have a lot of really good data / databases, engineers, and software that uses that info far more efficiently than dumping AI into the mix ... but they say they do ...
