I know that these are military planes that were built for the purpose of hurting and killing other human beings. This said, from a technology standpoint, they are amazing. In fact, I miss geeking out on the nonstop military innovations during the Cold war. Sort of a guilty pleasure. I'd love if they built them for no other reason than producing engineering marvels.

There is one on display in the USAF museum in Dayton, OH. Its quite a sight to see. Cool museum to check out overall as well. I have a photo from the second floor dining hall looking out to one of the hangars, that one photo has:

- F-4

and more.
