Show HN: A Lichess-Inspired chess app I built to improve my portfolio

Hello, as a jr. dev, I was thinking of developing a chess app to practice JavaScript and TypeScript. It was going to include basic rules like piece movements on the board, move calculations, etc. However, after working on it for a while, I realized this was somewhat more complex than I thought and decided to expand the project's scope enough to add it to my portfolio. For this, I added features I could implement from those I saw on lichess. Since I don't have much of a circle to get feedback from, I thought of sharing it on Reddit.
