A nice post from a famous marketing guru, with a scientific/IT background that follow the line of some recent studies like https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ijhcs.2024.103354 on why the hell so many people do not want, and often seems incapacitated to learn basic computer skills anyway needed in modern time.
