I live in Jersey and used to work on 3rd Ave. Rather than taking the shuttle or the bus, I just walked it was about a mile from port authority but it was faster and cheaper. NYC really needs more East to West Sunway lines, not that there's room for them under there...

I believe it. I still walk almost as fast as the 14th street buses, which the article lists as an example of a fast bus line.
