Finally, a diversity strategy that pleases HR and slashes payroll, what’s not to love?

Why invest in hiring and promoting real women when you can roll out a thousand polite assistants named “Sophie” who never ask for parental leave or equity? Add a gendered voice, update the dashboard, and voilà: gender parity, disruption-style.

This is the kind of innovation that turns DEI into an API call. Efficient, scalable and completely empty.
