I've just published a security tool designed to scan projects (PHP, JavaScript, and Python for now) — as well as domains. The main goal is to provide shareable, easy-to-understand dashboards that can be delivered to customers who request security insights or audits. It's completely free and open source, so feel free to give it a try!
