Your dynamic chunking might relate to something I found - semantic space is hyperbolic, making some computations exponentially harder than others: https://zenodo.org/records/15983944

Truthfully H-nets sound like something some of my other work has been circling around, albeit in a different manner. Hoping to try them out at some point! Very curious to read more!
