I think you probably have to be dead (apart from the current monarch) for this, so much as I love Sir David (and wish him to carry on), I guess it has to be the late and much lamented Sir Terry.

Though if we want to honour Sir David, perhaps a break with tradition and have some cockroaches crawling in bat shit? I'm sure he would like that.
