As said in the other post, this is "Geely sub-brand delivers..." ie a Chinese powerhouse.

AB Volvo is Swedish. They still manufacture heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine systems, etc.).

The passenger car business, Volvo Cars, was sold to Ford in 1999 and later bought by Geely:
