Six of those top ten are in Florida.
Florida passed a law requiring condos to do more maintenance in the wake of the Surfside condo collapse, and insurance companies leaving the state, have both caused HOA fees to dramatically increase.
Someone I know is trying to get rid of a beach front condo in Florida. He waited to sell because he "knew" if Trump won, the economy would get better. I've never "oh, really"'d so hard in my life and now I'm laughing through the tears.
