Quick poll: if you do not currently own a cybertruck, and Tesla was just giving these away, would you take one to drive yourself? Is price all that is in the way?

For free, yes.

In the quite near future I'm looking to replace an aging ICE SUV with either an electric or hybrid.

A free Cybertruck would save me the $20-30k I would have otherwise spent.

And if it gets vandalized to death, then it hasn't cost me anything.
