so much BS in this...everyone near where I live has migrated to starlink and its a great service. Our current providers just shit all over everyone so one by one the dominoes fell. I was one of the last to migrate to starlink and is has been fantastic, which I was skeptical initially because we have a big household (8). hopefully readers realize that washington posts owner is trying to be a starlink competitor and take this with a grain of salt

Basically it's only usable for rural or oceanic use. Impossible to use in a neighborhood of 10,000 people.

And Elon wants the FAA to use Starlink to communicate between air traffic control centers, instead of the higher-bandwidth and more reliable fiber...
