Chrome has started refusing autofill on HTTP URLs

While trying to log in to my router (http://192.168.0.1) chrome displayed this message when I pressed autofill.

To protect your privacy, Chrome will not auto fill your password in this field.
That wording is a bit authoritarian as well. This password itself was saved from that same http page. I see what they're trying to get at here but this is a gross violation of user authority. Especially for something on my local network. So I can't even save passwords for my locally hosted apps anymore.
