Exxon Held Secret Talks with Rosneft About Going Back to Russia

Looks like Ukraine's attack on Russia's oil infrastructure are starting to hurt. So far Ukraine managed to disrupt around 17% of Russia's refinery capacity, and they are yet to unleash their recently unveiled deep strike cruise missiles/drones.
