Needed some insight into ERP workflows in hospitals/clinics in India

I’ve used patient-facing portals from a few different hospitals, and most felt quite primitive; slow-loading, frequent downtimes, clunky UI, etc. I’m curious whether hospitals themselves also struggle with these solutions, and if the system is available and consistent. If anyone has insights into the pain points of current healthcare ERP solutions in India, I’d love to connect. I’m exploring whether there’s real potential to build something better in this space.
