I’m Freddy, a software engineer and mentor. Over the past years, I’ve personally mentored 500+ self-taught devs, students, and career switchers. I kept seeing the same problem: people don’t fail at coding because they lack talent they fail because tutorials, bootcamps, and courses throw everyone into the same rigid path.

That’s why I started building Lurnix → an AI-powered learning coach that adapts tech training to each person’s brain, pace, and goals.

We already have early traction (a waitlist, first testers, an engaged community) and I’m pushing hard to make Lurnix the go-to platform for learning programming fast and effectively.

You’re obsessed with distribution, storytelling, and user acquisition

You know how to make noise on Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, X and turn attention into growth

You’re hands-on, scrappy, and excited to build in public

You believe in the mission: make learning to code faster, simpler, more personal

This is an equity-only role at first (I can’t pay a salary yet). But you’ll be a true cofounder, shaping the business and owning the growth engine from day one.
