I had a problem with changing resolution on Windows being too slow, so I built a small tray app to make it fast. It can also change scale, refresh rate, orientation, and enable/disable HDR.
It’s lightweight (<4 MB) and built with Tauri (Rust).

initially, I wanted to quickly change from 4K to 2K before starting CS2, as my GPU cannot handle it
