Ask HN: Are companies changing technical interviews for the AI era?

Given how AI tools seem to be having an upending impact on our jobs as programmers, are people having different experiences during technical interviews?
Are people having interviews where the interviewers are going to great lengths to test purely your knowledge, without AI assistance? Are people being asked to do more in-person interviews? On the other end of the spectrum, are people being encouraged to specifically show how they use AI tools? Are people seeing no change at all?
For those giving the interviews, are you being asked by management to take a specific stance on AI usage in technical interviews? Do you as interviewers see changes on your end of the process?

I'm changing how I do technical interviews for the AI bubble era. I specifically ask companies if they mandate the use of AI, and if they do (including corporate-ese versions such as "well we really like to see....") I tell them I'm not interested.
