This is a huge problem. Most of them make it really hard or impossible to delete personal data.
Facebook and Google are examples of those when you will never be able to delete anything. Something things you can hide, but they will never ever delete it.
I remember Facebook having that on the "pause" page, when you tried to delete your account. It said something like you cannot delete it, but pause it. And about 10 years later I enter my account and in the same second, all data appeared.
Then I paused it again, but delete does not apply to Facebook or Google.
