The best companies are dictatorships

This is obvious to anyone with lots of management experience or experience as an individual with leadership responsibilities even if you aren’t a manager. I think the reason it works is companies can succeed or fail, and so there is something to incentivize performing well. It’s sort of a merit based web of dictatorships.
