What's going on at Sun Valley, the 'summer camp for billionaires'?

I cant quite fathom what exactly is wrong with Sun Valley Billionaires Summer camp. It feels like Davos, except Davos is open to a certain extent.

I wonder would Steve Jobs have attended if he was alive.
