Show HN: I gave it my 100%, you will not believe what I came up with
I’m currently building a real estate co-investment platform where verified builders can list their land-based projects (like farmhouses, resorts, etc.), and small investors can directly invest with them — no middlemen, no tokenization, just real JV deals.
It’s called Property Partners, and it’s built to solve two things I’ve seen firsthand in India:
Builders have land and a plan, but can’t access capital easily.
Investors want real estate exposure, but can't afford commercial properties or don’t know who to trust.
The platform lets builders list and pitch their projects, while investors can explore verified listings and contact them directly. It’s still in early stages, with a waitlist open now for both sides.
I'd love feedback on:
Is this something you’d use or recommend?
What concerns would stop someone from trying it?
What would make you trust a real estate co-investment platform?
Would appreciate your thoughts — brutal honesty welcome.
Cheers, Divyansh
