The problem is he’s a bully with all the power and zero consequences. Look at Harvard, but pretend they don’t have billions of endowments.
Trump is rapidly shaping up as the greatest unsolved problem of the current era.
I don't think TFA has the answer though; nothing concrete is proposed.
Coping strategies like "keep the faith" and "gray rocking" may succeed (or not) at an interpersonal level, but don't transpose into anything meaningful at scale.
Politics, jurisprudence and journalism are where solutions are most needed but there's nothing on the horizon, afaics.
