I made Hapstack - a Chrome extension that runs passively in the background and maps which SaaS tools are being used by who across your organization. No surveys, no end-user install, and no complex IT setups.

It scans for app usage across 2,500+ SaaS tools every second and gives you 6-months of history immediately upon deployment (~5 minutes).

It’s useful for:

Everything happens locally in the browser (client-side only), and admins can view usage data across a team from a dashboard. Our goal is to give teams visibility into their tools before bloat or duplication becomes a problem.
