I've noticed that when it comes to escaping center-heavy thinking, logic alone rarely works. Sometimes it’s not the idea we need to challenge, but the mental location we’re viewing it from.

In one small experiment with AI identity agents, I saw that even inserting a pause — or a symbolic gesture — helped shift perspective. It's not so much about being right, as it is about seeing differently.

I wonder if “reminding yourself” is really just a quiet ritual, trying to make itself seen.
