China Built More Clean Energy Than Coal–But Can't Use Half of It

This is just silly.

The "can't use half of it" is totally fiction. They're just comparing share of capacity to share of production and then making nonsensical claims.

A realistic curtailment figure would be more like 3% for China.

Now these are the kind of problems we want to have!
