Show HN: TimeGuardian – A Chrome Extension to Track and Control Your Time Online

Hey HN,

I built TimeGuardian, a Chrome extension to help people gain insights to their online habbits and get gentle nudges when they go off track.

Features:

- Tracks daily/weekly/monthly/yearly website usage time.

- Show the trend of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly website usage time.

- Display continuous usage of current website correctly (not reset at 00:00).

- Set usage quota for each website, and display notificaitons that guide the user to close the website when quota limit is hit.

Why I built it:

I kept getting pulled into endless social media loops and news rabbit holes, and timers and force-close alone weren’t helping - I often found myself re-open the webistes. So, I made something that combines awareness + guiding + blocking.
