I'm sure he'll "find" something to report. It's really easy to do that when you start from a conclusion you already believe to be true and hire a charlatan [0] to run the effort.

I'm guessing vaccines have something to do with it, and maybe drinking water fluoridation.

The reason is known already: diagnosis got better. I'd welcome more knowledge if the endeavour wouldn't be by a known charlatan.
