Obviously the beach. How this is even still debated is ridiculous. One rich persons house or everyone’s beach. It’s really not that hard to build a quarter mile inland and let natural sand dunes etc do their job. It’s just selfish, stupid, and silly. Some forethought would’ve gone a long way here.
